Privacy policy

This policy explains what information SAMBOT Pro collects, why we need it and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, date of birth and email address. Your password is stored only as a secure hash, never as plain text.
• Broker connection: your Deriv token or MetaTrader 5 login details. These are stored encrypted.
• Trading information: your bot settings, balances and trade history.
• Payments: the USDT network and transaction details of fees you pay.
• Telegram: your Telegram ID, if you use SAMBOT Pro inside Telegram.
• Support and technical data: messages you send us, and basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to run your bot, show your results, work out any fees due, send you notifications, answer support requests, and keep the service secure.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only when needed to run the service: with your broker, to place your trades, and with the hosting and messaging providers we use, such as Telegram. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How we protect it

Connections to SAMBOT Pro are encrypted, broker logins are stored encrypted, and access to customer data is limited to the people who run the service.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your information unless we need to keep some of it for unpaid fees or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. You can disconnect your broker in your dashboard, and you can cancel a Deriv token directly in your Deriv account settings.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. If you tick "Remember my email", your email is saved in your browser on that device only. We do not use advertising cookies.
