Terms of use

These terms apply when you create a SAMBOT Pro account or use our website, dashboard or Telegram app. By using SAMBOT Pro you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What SAMBOT Pro is

SAMBOT Pro is software that places trades automatically on a broker account you connect, using the settings you choose. We are not a broker, we do not hold your money, and nothing on this website is financial or investment advice.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade under the laws of your country. You must also follow the terms of the broker you connect, such as Deriv or your MetaTrader 5 broker.

3. Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Each account is for one person only.

4. Connecting your broker

When you connect a broker account, you allow SAMBOT Pro to open and close trades on it for you. You can disconnect it at any time in your dashboard. You can also cancel access directly with your broker, for example by deleting your Deriv API token.

5. Fees

• Deriv bot: there is no monthly fee. We charge 30% of the net profit the bot makes on your real Deriv account, counted from your last payment. Demo accounts are never charged.
• When your share reaches the minimum amount shown in your dashboard, you pay it in USDT. The Deriv bot is paused until the payment is confirmed.
• MetaTrader 5 bot: a one-time access fee of $100, paid in USDT. We turn on MT5 access once the payment is confirmed.
• We may change our fees in the future. We will tell you before a change takes effect, and it will not apply to profit made before that date.

6. Risk and results

Trading is risky and you can lose money, including your whole balance. We do not promise any profit or result. You choose your settings and you are responsible for the outcome of your trades. Please read our risk disclosure.

7. Availability

We work to keep SAMBOT Pro running at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, internet problems or broker outages. We are not responsible for missed trades or losses caused by these interruptions.

8. Fair use

Do not misuse the service. This includes sharing your account, trying to copy or reverse engineer the software, attacking our systems, or using SAMBOT Pro for anything illegal.

9. Suspending accounts

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or has unpaid fees. You can stop using SAMBOT Pro and ask us to close your account at any time.

10. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, SAMBOT Pro is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version on this page, and by continuing to use SAMBOT Pro you accept the updated terms.
